Refund and Cancellation Policy

Direct Listing Realty LLC provides flat fee MLS listing services to property sellers in Texas and Oklahoma.

1. MLS Listing Service Refunds

The standard MLS listing service is offered for a one time fee of $349.

A customer may request a full refund before Direct Listing Realty begins work on preparing or processing the MLS listing.

2. When Refunds Are No Longer Available

Once Direct Listing Realty has begun work on preparing or processing the MLS listing, the MLS listing service fee is no longer refundable.

The $349 MLS listing service fee is not refundable once the property has been posted to the MLS.

3. Cancellation After MLS Listing

A customer may request cancellation of an MLS listing in accordance with the applicable listing agreement and MLS rules.

Cancellation of an MLS listing after it has been posted does not entitle the customer to a refund of the MLS listing service fee.

4. Optional Products

Optional products purchased with an MLS listing order, including a combination lockbox or yard sign, may be subject to separate fulfillment and refund terms.

Please include your name, property address, and order information so that we can locate your order.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment method used for the original transaction.

The timing of a refund after it has been issued may depend on the payment method and payment processor.
